Congratulations on the successful offline of a new product from all gases!
On August 24, Xiaoyi Anda Gas Group's "DM200/99 Nitrogen Production and Nitrogen Injection Vehicle", which was manufactured by Yili Gas, successfully went offline in Tanghuai Factory, marking a major breakthrough in the modularization process of Yili Gas Air Separation Equipment. Zhang Weihua, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Shipbuilding Fenxi Heavy Industry, attended the offline ceremony and jointly unveiled the "DM200/99 Nitrogen Injection Vehicle" with Qin Jianbin, General Manager of Jieli Gas.

Since the project was signed on June 24, all cadres and employees of Jieli Gas have attached great importance to it and quickly set up a project research team. Faced with tight time and heavy tasks, everyone overcame difficulties, took the initiative to work overtime and went all out. Finally, the selection of key equipment parts, the design of engineering construction drawings, the guidance and debugging of prototype manufacturing were successfully completed according to the time node, and the factory conditions were met.
The vehicle-mounted membrane separation nitrogen-making device is a multi-plate and multi-system integrated device. The project has achieved many technological breakthroughs in the process of tackling key problems, such as "maintenance reminder function", "Internet of Things monitoring platform", "multi-power supply mode", etc., which can effectively ensure that each system maintains the stable operation of the device during the effective maintenance period, and at the same time provide pre-judgment alarm shutdown service to avoid customers' sick operation of the equipment, at the same time, it can also accurately control the real-time working conditions of the nitrogen plant, and the successful breakthroughs of these technologies have laid a solid foundation for the continued deep cultivation of the market.
