Recently, the project of four 64TEU new energy scattered dual-purpose pure electric cargo ships funded and built by Zhejiang Ruigang Green Energy Shipping Co., Ltd. was officially launched. Batch ships are equipped with the three-electric systems of ships such as box power supply system, frequency conversion electric control system and propulsion system with independent intellectual property rights of Saisiyi. Zhejiang Ruigang Green Energy Shipping Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Huzhou Wuxing Transportation Construction Development Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Zehui Shipping Co., Ltd. It is the first shipping company in Zhejiang Province with a new energy freight fleet.
Wuxing District is committed to building the first new energy fleet in Zhejiang Province to speed up the clean replacement of all-round electric ships, and the four scattered dual-purpose pure electric cargo ships received by Seth Yi are the first batch of ships in the new energy fleet. At the beginning of the project, Saisiyi actively cooperated with the policy requirements of the Wuxing District Government and effectively responded to the technical needs of customers, playing a positive leading role in the high-quality development of "zero emission and zero noise" of inland river shipping in Wuxing District.
Batch ships have a total length of 64.90m, a width of 12.60m, a depth of 3.50m, a full-load draft of 2.70m, and a speed of 12 km/h. Seth billion is equipped with two box-type power supplies for each ship, each with a capacity of 1959kWh, which are connected to the grid through centralized DC bus frequency conversion electric control equipment to drive two 240kW main push motors. The box-type power supply is rechargeable and replaceable, which is in line with the ship's environmental protection and natural ship design concept.
As a pioneer in the electric application of transport ships, Saisiyi has won many domestic firsts and industry firsts since 2022. Among them, the country's first 120-ton pure electric inland river container ship "Jiangyuan Baihe" (rechargeable and exchangeable, delivered in 2022), the country's first 3000-ton inland river pure electric container ship "Port and Navigation Ship 01" (rechargeable and exchangeable, delivered in 2022), and Fujian Province's first inland river distribution dual-purpose extended-range electric cargo ship "Wuyi 2" (rechargeable, delivered in 2022), jiangsu Province's first batch of pure electric cargo ship "Yangang Ji 001/002" 64TEU container ship (rechargeable and replaceable, delivered in 2023), the country's first "oil to electricity" exchange cargo ship "Yuetong Zhujiang 001" (rechargeable and replaceable, delivered in 2023), Anhui Province's first 3000-ton "oil to electricity" cargo ship "Chuanchuan Changjiang 001" (rechargeable, delivered in 2024), TEMAS container ship (Indonesia, under design) and other newly built/modified cargo ships all adopt Seth billion new energy power system, and the actual ship performance has been close to more than 20, involving Jiangsu Province, Anhui Province, Fujian Province, Guangdong Province, Zhejiang Province and other provinces, and even The market has been expanded overseas, and 8 electric cargo ship projects in Indonesia have been obtained.
