Party member pioneer project design set sail manufacturing enabling cooperation to draw a brilliant blueprint
Recently, CSSC Yili Gas Technology (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yili Gas") has undertaken a key production project from the Ship Design Center-MNQT Project with passion and confidence. The structure of the project is mainly composed of pressure hull, internal liquid tank, parallel middle body frame structure and other structures.
MNQT project is the first time that benyi gas has independently manufactured this kind of products. the project has complex structure, high manufacturing progress requirements and great difficulty. the overall structure is mainly welding, which has higher requirements on weld quality and appearance forming. the overall external dimension is relatively large, and has higher requirements on parts assembly, segment closing, cable laying, equipment installation, assembly and adjustment, product transportation, etc.
First of all, in the design and planning stage of the project, the gas design team and the ship design center conducted in-depth communication and exchanges, and fully understood the ship design center's product needs and expectations. According to the specific requirements, the design team continuously optimizes the design scheme, strives to be perfect in details, and always adheres to the quality concept of "military products are handicrafts, civilian products should have high color value and zero defects". The design team members repeatedly deliberates the design scheme to ensure that every detail meets the expectation. Secondly, in the actual needs of the production process, the gas production team designed and improved a series of efficient and accurate manufacturing processes. The new tooling not only simplifies the operation steps, reduces manual intervention, but also greatly improves the production accuracy and efficiency. With the help of the new production mode, the production team worked overtime and devoted themselves to the optimization and debugging of the production line day and night. Therefore, from the delivery of raw materials to welding, every link is carefully designed to ensure that every process can be seamlessly connected.
Juli Gas undertook the production MNQT project for the first time, which not only marked a major breakthrough in technical level and production capacity, but also the best proof of team cohesion, execution and innovation ability. In this process, Juli Gas has overcome many difficulties and solved many technical problems. Every attempt and failure has turned into valuable experience, laying a solid foundation for the road of sustainable development in the future.
