This winter, let us become the warm sun of winter, delivering a touch of care to help them resist the cold. Recently, the village support team from the company reported that the village of Fujiawa, which is part of the rural revitalization assistance program, needs cotton clothing aid. This news was like a stone thrown into a lake of hearts, stirring up ripples and instantly igniting the long-hidden spark of love within everyone. As a seasoned volunteer, I was pondering how to contact the village support team to discuss the assistance when I received a timely call from department head Zhang Lijuan, inquiring about the donation of clothing and asking me to discuss with Secretary Su Sheng whether our department could take the lead in this charitable relay. Wherever we can help, there is a light of hope; even a small glimmer can gather into a warm sun that dispels the cold winter. After hanging up the phone, I felt invigorated, knowing that on the road of love, there are always those meticulous and thoughtful companions who make the transmission of warmth smoother.
With great enthusiasm, I immediately called the village support team member Li Gang, and a series of questions spilled out: What is the age range of the beneficiaries in the village? Who are the specific recipients of this donation? What styles and types of clothing are needed? How can we distribute these charitable materials accurately and orderly? My previous experience in public welfare activities made me excited to help others again, but I couldn't help feeling a bit anxious. When I donated clothing before, due to a lack of experience, I did not categorize the clothes carefully. After large bags arrived, villagers eagerly searched through the piles of clothing, and the chaos and disorder greatly diminished the impact of the love being shared.
This time, I was moved and impressed by the thorough preparations of the village support team. They plan to hang the collected clothing neatly at the village service point, clearly displayed like in a store, allowing villagers to easily try on and select fitting clothes. The Quality Measurement Department is willing to take on the responsibility of collecting and organizing the clothing within the unit, building a solid bridge for this charitable transmission, making it convenient for colleagues to contribute their love and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent distribution work.
