Yunnan crosses the six major water systems of the Yangtze River, the Pearl River, the Red River, the Lancang River (known as the Mekong River abroad), the Nujiang River (known as the Salween River abroad), and the Dulong River (known as the Irrawaddy River abroad). It has dozens of reservoir areas that can develop shipping, and has good conditions for the development of inland water transportation. In 2023, Seth Yi provided pure battery electric propulsion systems for 2 19m working boats in Jinsha River and 2 29.8m waterway speedboats in Lancang River. At present, the project has been successfully delivered. In 2024, Seth billion will provide new energy power systems for batch orders of 4 35m pure electric maritime patrol boats and 1 14-car hybrid ro-ro passenger ship in Jinsha River, with a total power consumption approaching 10000kWh. Four 35m pure electric maritime patrol boats built by Yunnan Lugang Shipping Co., Ltd. have a total length of 32.2m, a width of 6.4m, a depth of 2.3m, a draft of 1.1m, a speed of 19 km/h, can carry 4 crew members, a power system equipped with Saisiyi S-Renewable new energy electric propulsion system, a total capacity of 1612kWh lithium batteries, BMS battery management system, and two 120kW main propulsion motors, lithium battery system and core variable frequency electronic control equipment using Saisiyi independent intellectual property products.
As the first dual-power ro-ro passenger ship in plateau lakes, the 14-car ro-ro passenger ship funded by Yunnan Lugang Shipping Co., Ltd. adopts a new dual-power system combined with lithium battery packs of generator sets for the first time. The system is equipped with 2 735kW shaft belt/propulsion motors and 4 groups of 783.8kWh lithium battery packs. The lithium battery capacity of the whole ship is 3132kWh. The ship has a captain of 69.8m, a width of 14.80m, a depth of 3.80m, a depth of m, the power system supports PTH and PTO propulsion modes. The new energy hybrid power system of Saiyi S-Renewable can fully combine the output capability and characteristics of the generator set and the lithium battery pack to maximize the utilization of the generator set, give full play to the advantages of the lithium battery pack in peak cutting and valley filling, ensure the power response capability of the system, optimize the ship power, and ensure the optimization of energy consumption of the DC networking system. Similarly, the ship's lithium battery system and core frequency conversion electronic control equipment using Saisi billion independent intellectual property products.
Following the smooth delivery of "Dianchi Lake Harmony" in 2021, Saisiyi will take root in Yunnan. In 2023 and 2024, Saisiyi, with its real ship performance and strong technical strength of over 130 ships in the new energy ship market, successfully started cooperation with Yunnan Lugang Shipping Co., Ltd., the only state-owned enterprise built (repaired) steel ships in Yunnan Province, bringing green power to 9 new energy ships in Lancang River and Jinsha River, Yunnan plateau lakes.
