Xi Bao | China Shipbuilding Fenxi Heavy Industry has achieved good results in the 2nd National Intelligent Welding Professional Skills Competition-Additive Manufacturing Equipment Operator L/S (Arc Additive Direction)!
From November 4th to 8th, approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the "2024 National Industry Vocational Skills Competition-Second National Intelligent Welding Vocational Skills Competition Additive Manufacturing Equipment Operator L/S (Arc Additive Direction)" co-sponsored by China Engineering Construction Welding Association and China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center was held in Nanjing. The competition attracted 28 teams from 15 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, covering aerospace, weapons, ships, automobiles and other industries.
China Shipbuilding Fenxi Heavy Industry selected three players from the riveting, welding and forging workshop to participate in the L/S (Arc Material Addition Direction) competition for the operators of the additive manufacturing equipment. Through careful organization and hard training, the players calmly responded to the competition and gave full play to their expertise. After three days of fierce competition, the company finally won the fourth place in the group's total score, and Li Fang won the seventh place in the staff group and the silver prize in the individual total score, tian Shengyun won the 13th place in the staff group and the bronze award for personal total achievement.
During the event, the "Second International Symposium on Advanced Technology and Application of Directed Energy Deposition Additive Manufacturing" named by China Shipbuilding Fenxi Heavy Industry was successfully held. Wang Zhuoran, director of the riveting welding forging workshop and secretary of the party branch, delivered an opening speech and made a special invitation report on "thinking about the application and development of additive manufacturing technology in the shipbuilding field". He specifically pointed out that additive manufacturing technology needs to be closely combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, increase technological research and development and process innovation, promote the integration of new technology and traditional manufacturing technology, strengthen the training of talent teams, and strengthen the coordinated development of the industrial chain. On the basis of meeting the national standard, the performance meets the requirements of the same material plate standard. By enhancing cooperation and exchanges to jointly promote the innovation and application of additive technology, it will provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of the shipbuilding industry.
