On the morning of July 4th, China Shipbuilding Fenxi Electronic Technology (Shanxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fenxi Electronics") and Guiyang Guanshan Lake City Operation (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Urban Transportation Group") The signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement was held in Conference Room 6 of Fenxi Heavy Industry Center Building. During this period, Chen Lixin, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Chengyun group, visited Fenxi electronic laboratory and electric vehicle charging pile production line, and fully affirmed the scientific research, test and production capacity of Fenxi electronic new energy electric vehicle charging pile and the innovation and development ability in the field of new energy vehicles.
At the signing meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the future cooperation direction and specific cooperation matters, reached a consensus and successfully signed a strategic cooperation agreement. This indicates that the two sides have formed a strategic cooperative partner with complementary advantages and strong alliance on the basis of long-term friendly cooperation.
China Shipbuilding Fenxi Heavy Industry and China Shipbuilding Fenxi Electronics and Urban Transportation Group have common goals in the new energy industry and the construction of new infrastructure for smart city operations. According to the cooperation agreement, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in many fields. Such as technology research and development, marketing, customer service and so on. CSSC Fenxi Electronics has developed and launched charging pile products that are more in line with market demand, and through the market service network of Chengyun Group, the products are quickly introduced to the market to achieve rapid transformation of technological achievements. At the same time, the two sides will also share customer resources, jointly improve customer service quality, and provide customers with more comprehensive and efficient services. CSSC Fenxi Electronics will provide solid technical support for the cooperation between the two parties with strong technical research and development capabilities and innovation capabilities.
