[Benchmark 1] "Ocean Wind Power 76" 4000-ton Full Slewing Crane Ship Successfully Delivered, Seth Billion Marine Crane Ship Performance Added Benchmark!
Recently, the 4000-ton full-swing crane "Ocean Wind Power 76" funded by Nantong Ocean Water Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., designed by Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute, and built by Jiangsu Hantong Yingji Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiangsu Hantong Group Co., Ltd., was successfully completed and delivered, and has gone to the offshore wind farm for operation.
The ship has a total length of 200.80m, a type width of 48.00m, a type depth of 16.00m, and a design draft of 8.00m m. The system is equipped with 6 4350kW generator sets. The main propulsion motor is driven by 3 3000kW stern propulsion frequency converters, and the side propulsion motor is driven by 3 3000kW bow propulsion frequency converters. The propulsion power of a single ship reaches 18MW. Seth billion provides the ship with key power system equipment such as medium voltage main generator, medium voltage switchboard, phase shift transformer, main propulsion frequency converter and control system, propulsion motor, side thrust frequency converter and control system, DP2 dynamic positioning system, etc. Among them, the core frequency conversion electric control equipment adopts Seth billion independent intellectual property products.
The main purpose of the ship is to carry out various wind power engineering operations for offshore wind farms, including construction operations such as the foundation, support tower, engine room and blade hoisting and fan foundation of offshore wind turbines of 10 MW and below, as well as other offshore hoisting or support operations. It is expected to complete the installation of about 60 deep-sea high-power wind turbine foundations each year, providing about 218.4MW of green power. "Ocean Wind Power 76" is the 8th cooperation between Seth Yi and Jiangsu Hantong Group. It is also the 20th order for seth Yi to accept. From receipt to delivery, Seth Yi fully cooperated with the progress of the shipyard and delivered smoothly, providing seth Yi with the strength of seth Yi for the green and high-quality development of offshore wind power.
