The air nitrogen system passed the acceptance of the Iraqi owner's factory.
From October 28 to November 1, the air and nitrogen system developed by Jili Gas, a subsidiary of China Shipbuilding Fenxi Heavy Industry, successfully passed the acceptance of the joint factory of the Iraqi owner and its Chinese general contracting company and the third-party supervision and inspection. It took 10 months since the contract was obtained in January 2024, condensing the hard work and wisdom of all Jili Gas people.
The fully automatic intelligent low dew point air and nitrogen system developed and delivered this time is a non-standard contract customized project. As the core guarantee system for upgrading Iraq's Makinu DS2 wet oil, it generally includes 2 sets of 3600 Nm3/h low dew point compressed air systems and 2 sets of 780 Nm3/h(99.5%) low pressure nitrogen systems. It is completely applied to the field site production of compressor air and nitrogen in oil and gas field EPC project.
This five-day tripartite joint factory acceptance, in strict accordance with the technical specifications and the requirements of the finalized FAT program documents signed by both parties, 156 technical design documents were checked, at the same time, the physical characteristics, PID, PFD, instruments, valves, pipelines, platform ladders, emissions, grounding, skid-mounted platforms, pressure vessels, electrical performance, gas production performance and other static and dynamic indicators of the air and nitrogen system were compared and accepted in 46 acceptance clauses, forming 92 test acceptance data.
The air and nitrogen system has won high recognition from Iraqi owners and third-party BV inspection agencies for its high-quality and perfect design, complete physical quality verification, and stable and reliable operation.
After the FAT acceptance in this stage is completed, the project team will continue to rectify and close the final items of the acceptance, and complete the high-level intercommunication and automatic intelligent control of gas transmission between the overall system and all operation monitoring parameters in the upstream and downstream process lines, such as gas pressure, dew point, purity, flow, etc., and the main equipment.
Dili Gas will continue to adhere to the concept of "doing things on the trend and taking root in the value", seize the opportunity of updating and iterating gas-making equipment in oil and gas fields, make solid and meticulous progress in the development and supply of gas equipment, and further enhance the company's gas equipment development capability in overseas oil and service industry, and exert greater and better value in the field of oil and gas energy development.
