Recently, China Shipbuilding Fenxi Heavy Industry's Electric Motor Co., Ltd. held an exchange meeting on "2024 Jinfeng Technology Doubly Fed Generator Quality Benchmarking". The event was organized by Jinfeng Technology. The experts at the meeting conducted on-site physical evaluation on the coil manufacturing quality benchmark and process benchmark (stator winding embedded wire, rotor winding embedded wire, stator winding welding, rotor winding welding, rotor dynamic balance, complete machine assembly) declared by the electric motor company. The expert judges fully affirmed the product physical and quality control; high praise is given to the work highlights such as on-site key process visualization, on-site foreign body prevention management, insulation material process control, constant temperature and humidity in coil workshop, high degree of automation of coil production line, advanced top arc structure of coil end, quality control of collector ring diameter jump, rotor lead structure design, protection of key parts of each process, resistance welding adaptive welding head, etc, also on the production process process assurance, manufacturing process and quality control and other details put forward valuable suggestions.
