In order to fully implement the spirit of the Party's 20th Congress and the spirit of the League's 19th Congress, publicize and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's May 4th Youth Day message to the vast number of young people across the country, and review the glorious course of the enterprise, from July 2 to 9, the China Shipbuilding Fenxi Heavy Industry Youth League Committee and the Union took the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the factory as an opportunity to organize a knowledge contest on the history of the "Seven Rank Junye Fenji Journey.
With the strong support of the company's grassroots party (general) branches, more than 130 employees from 42 teams participated in this factory history knowledge contest, achieving full coverage of all league branches. The topic of the factory history knowledge contest covers all aspects that the majority of employees should know, such as party history and party discipline, factory history and factory conditions, laws and regulations, safety and confidentiality, lean quality, and corporate culture.
The factory history knowledge competition is divided into four links: individual must-answer questions, group must-answer questions, rush to answer questions, and risk questions. Each representative team chased me, with full firepower, and showed its ability in the collision of "hand speed" and "brain power" again and again. Won bursts of applause from the audience. After fierce competition in the preliminaries, semi-finals and finals, the riveting forging workshop finally won the first prize. The Motor Technology Center and Fuge Hotel won the second prize. Organize the personnel department, team 1 of the large-scale machining workshop and the casting workshop to win the third prize. The party branch of the mechanical tool workshop and the party branch of the motor technology center won the "excellent organization award".
During this period, in order to enliven the competition atmosphere, another audience question will be set up to interact with the on-site audience to continuously expand the breadth and depth of this knowledge competition and enhance the participation of employees. In this competition, senior professionals of the company are invited to form an arbitration group and judge group to ensure the fairness and justice of the knowledge competition, answer questions for the majority of employees, and enhance their sense of identity, belonging and mission to the enterprise.
The company's party committee members, full-time directors, party (general) branch secretary, branch chairman, league (general) branch secretary, "Qingma" students, and youth representatives watched the finals of the factory history knowledge contest.
